As they expand operations at their brand-new facility in Oświęcim, they are looking for Composite Laminators to join their dynamic and highly skilled team.

Your Responsibilities:

Prepare molds, materials, and tooling for hand lay-up

*

Apply pre-preg materials according to drawings and specifications

*

Operate autoclaves and monitor the curing process

*

Conduct quality checks to ensure high precision and workmanship

*

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

Requirements:

*

Previous experience as a Composite Laminator (ideally with autoclave processes)

*

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

*

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

*

Positive, can-do attitude and a strong team mindset
