JOB TITLE - PLANNING MANAGER

Job Summary:

* We are currently representing a role on behalf of our client who are a Food manufacturing business based in the East Yorkshire region, who have very exciting plans to continue their growth and are now looking for a Planning Manager to join the team.

Main Duties:

* Assisting in creating and managing production schedules.

* Coordinating with various departments to maintain workflow and meet customer demands.

* Monitoring stock levels of raw materials and finished goods.

* Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and responding to changes in demand or production issues.

* Analyzing data to forecast future requirements, contributing to process improvements and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

* Responding to changes in demand or production issues.

Person Specification:

* Data Analytical and confident using Microsoft packages.

* Confident communication skills.

* Calm under pressure.

* Strong communication skills

* Experience planning within a temperature controlled environment
