I'm currently working with a regional design and build contractor who specialises in commercial projects across the UK.

Based in Manchester you will be in the heart of the city, with a top-class contractor that has a very impressive project portfolio.

Necessary experience:

* Site management of projects with values of up to £2m.

* Full site management process experience in the capacity of a Number 1 on site.

* D & B experience

* Previous Commercial office space experience is essential.

Necessary criteria:

* SMSTS

* CSCS

* First Aid at Work

* Asbestos Awareness
