* Identify and deliver effective repair solutions by surveying properties, diagnosing issues accurately, specifying works, and ensuring repairs are planned, ordered, and delivered to time, cost, and quality standards.

* Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally by investigating complaints and queries on-site, identifying solutions, and seeing them through to full resolution—improving satisfaction and reducing repeat contacts.

* Project manage complex works from end to end, including preparing quotes and specifications, procuring materials, coordinating operatives and contractors, supervising delivery on site, and completing post-inspections.
