Full time hours on a temporary basis

• We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver high-impact, transformational projects that support council priorities and drive meaningful change across services.

  Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex, cross-functional projects from discovery to delivery, embedding change into business as usual.
  • Develop business cases and financial models to support strategic decision-making.
  • Use data analytics and insight to inform project direction and evaluate outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and senior leaders.
  • Design and implement stakeholder engagement and benefits realisation strategies.
  • Ensure robust governance, documentation, and compliance with council standards.
  • Manage multidisciplinary teams and supervise project support staff.
  • Continuously improve services, identify efficiencies, and deliver value for money.
  • Ideally experience managing complex transformation projects.
  • Strong analytical, financial modelling, and stakeholder engagement skills is an advantage.
  • Service design, change management, and project assurance is beneficial.
