Private Client Solicitor – Nottingham

Are you a skilled Private Client Solicitor looking to join a collaborative and forward-thinking legal team? Our client, a highly respected and award-winning firm based in Nottingham, is seeking a dedicated Solicitor to join its Private Client department.

The Role:

As a key member of the Private Client team, you will manage a varied caseload including:

• Estate Administration
• Estate Planning (IHT, Care Home Fee planning, Wills, LPAs, Trusts)
• Occasional Court of Protection work
• You will report directly to the department's Partners and play an integral role in delivering high-quality legal services, supporting business development initiatives and enhancing the team's profile

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE
• Strong expertise in Private Client law
• Proven experience handling a broad caseload
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Proactive, organised and commercially minded
