About the Role

As a Production Operator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring high-quality production output. You'll be responsible for powder sieving, blending, and packing processes-helping deliver consistent, high-standard products.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to grow within a manufacturing environment.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Following standard operating procedures to ensure smooth production processes
  • Carrying out powder sieving, blending, and packing to required specifications
  • Performing in-process quality checks (particle size distribution)
  • Completing production and quality documentation accurately
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness to prevent contamination
  • Supporting daily production targets and team KPIs
  • Identifying process improvements and reporting maintenance needs
  • Ensuring safe working practices and environmental compliance at all times
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • A proactive, "can-do" attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Good understanding of health & safety practices
  • Basic IT skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to problem-solve and suggest improvements
