Kilnbridge is hiring a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a major civils package on HS2's Old Oak Common. This role offers long-term security, complex infrastructure exposure and the chance to be embedded in one of the UK's most high-profile transport programmes.
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll work closely with commercial leads on change control, subcontract management and structural civils delivery — with a focus on structural steel, roofing, and cladding packages.
Senior Quantity Surveyor key responsibilities:

Manage subcontract procurement, change control and client liaison

Support major civils packages including bridge and mezzanine works
*
Lead CVRs, cost forecasting and variation submissions
*
Work across NEC contracts in a hands-on, delivery-focused role

Collaborate closely with engineers, PMs and site teams
Senior Quantity Surveyor - essential experience:
*
Tier 2 or Tier 3 civils contracting background
*
Strong NEC contract knowledge
*
Experience in structural steel, cladding or envelope packages
*
Ability to manage cost, subcontractors and client relationships
*
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-change environment
