Hours: M-F 8.30am-5pm (1 hour lunch break)

The Role:

Our client is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Export Administrator to join their team! If you have a positive attitude, confident communication skills, and a passion for customer relations, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities of the Export Administrator:

  • Export Management:Oversee all aspects of export, including sales, customer service, legislation, INCOTERMS, and paperwork.
  • Compliance:Check export licence requirements and other relevant legislation.
  • Communication:Manage all communication with exporters for various destinations.
  • Documentation:Prepare export documents within required timeframes and schedule cost-efficient shipping activities.
  • Transaction Monitoring:Monitor export sales transactions and review customer responses for orders and payments.
  • Customer Support:Resolve customer issues related to export processes and collaborate to ensure smooth operations.
  • Record Maintenance:Maintain all export records for the business.
  • Holiday Cover:Provide cover for other employees involved in export activities.
  • Audit Assistance:Assist with audits of the export process as required.

The Candidate:

The successful Export Administrator Production Planner will have the following skills and abilities:

  • Proven internal sales experience, ideally in a similar role.
  • Eagerness to develop and maintain excellent customer relations.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
