Location: Near St Albans, Hertfordshire

Salary: Uto £60,000 (DOE) + bonus + benefits

Client Bank: Approx. £30m AUM

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner ready to progress into an Independent Financial Adviser role.

Due to the upcoming retirement of a senior adviser, you will receive structured support transitioning into advice alongside the handover of a high-quality client portfolio of circa £30m AUM. This provides a strong foundation of ongoing relationships and recurring income while developing your advisory career.

You will join a well-established, ethical independent wealth management firm with full paraplanning and administrative support, allowing you to focus on building client relationships and delivering holistic financial planning.

About You

• Experienced Paraplanner within an IFA or Wealth Management firm
• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
• Strong technical knowledge across pensions and investments
• Ambitious and keen to progress into an advisory role
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
