Looking for Compex Electricians to work on a power station in Kent. This is a critical role responsible for ensuring the safe and compliant installation, inspection, and maintenance of electrical equipment

Responsibilities:

* Install and maintain electrical wiring, control, and lighting systems.

* Inspect, repair, and replace electrical components, such as wiring, fixtures, transformers, and circuit breakers.

* Perform general electrical maintenance and preventative maintenance on electrical systems.

* Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical system issues and malfunctions.

* Adhere to all relevant building codes, safety procedures, and industry standards, including the National Electrical Code.

Qualifications and Skills:

* CompEx certification is essential

* Previous experience working in hazardous areas is a priority.

* Qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field are beneficial.

* Strong technical skills in electrical engineering.

* Working knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus.

* Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with other skilled trades.

* Knowledge of energy-efficient equipment and products.

* Proficiency in using testing equipment and hand tools.

* Ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
