I am looking for an Electrician candidate to work for a social housing contractor around Devon. The role will involve joining a team of maintenance operatives working within tenanted domestic properties.The Electrician candidate will receive:

• Hourly pay of £25
• Potential salary of £40,000
• Company van and fuel card
• Optional call out rota at one week in every four
• Competitive annual leave allowance

The Electrician will be responsible for:

• Working within tenanted properties
• Electrical rewiring and maintenance works
• Electrical ventilation works
• Working on air source pumps
• Travelling to jobs

The Electrician will have:

• 18th Edition
• NVQ Level 3
• CSCS Card
• Knowledge of how to use a PDA
• Full UK drivers license
