Demolition / Civils Site Supervisor - Scotland (Central Belt)

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + vehicle/allowance + travel expenses

Overview

SEDR Recruitment is seeking an experienced Demolition/Civils Site Supervisor to oversee demolition, enabling works, and below-ground pipework removal across Scotland and the North of England. This role is ideal for a hands-on supervisor with strong knowledge of demolition practices, site safety, and multi-site coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise structural and industrial demolition works

Lead removal of pipework, underground services, and decommissioned utilities

Manage labour, plant, subcontractors, and daily site activities

Deliver site inductions, briefings, toolbox talks, and safe systems of work

Ensure compliance with CCDO standards, HSE legislation, and approved RAMS

Maintain daily reports, check sheets, and site documentation

Liaise with engineers, clients, and internal project teams

Uphold high safety, quality, and productivity standards

Required Qualifications & Experience

CCDO Supervisor (or Manager level)

SSSTS minimum (SMSTS desirable)

EUSR / EU RS qualification beneficial

Proven background in demolition and/or civils enabling works

Experience managing crews or multiple work fronts

Strong understanding of HSE standards (HSG47, HSG150)

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally
