Design & Technical Support

Salary £22,000 potential increase following probation period

Hours- 40 per week, Monday -Friday 8:00am -5:00pm with a 1 hour break (unpaid)

Annual leave starting on 20 days (full year), increasing by one with each full year of service to a maximum of 25 day

Role Brief

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a busy technical design office and learn from the best. The successful candidate will report to the technical design Manager and support the team with a broad range of duties. Due to an exciting period of growth it is an ideal time for our next ambitious technical minded colleague to join us and develop.

Main duties and responsibilities

Processing and modifying general arrangement drawings
Producing bills of materials to specific order requirements
Dealing with customer queries both verbally and via email
Occasionally assisting with site surveys throughout the UK
Various administrative tasks within the technical department
Role Requirements

General computer skills
High attention to detail
Good knowledge of Microsoft office - Excel in particular
CAD experience is essential
Technical/manufacturing qualifications would be considered advantageous.
Driving license.
