Finance Officer (Temporary) – Paisley – Hybrid

Hourly rate: £20–£22 per hourLocation: Paisley (Hybrid – 2 days from home, 3 days in office)Assignment: Temporary, immediate start - temp until end of June 

Our client in the Paisley area is seeking an experienced Finance Officer to join their team on a temporary basis. This role offers hybrid working and the opportunity to support a busy and established finance function.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing invoices, payments, purchase orders, and expenses
• Completing bank and account reconciliations
• Taking accounts to trial balance
• Supporting month-end processes and financial reporting
• Assisting with budget monitoring and spend tracking
• Managing finance queries from internal and external stakeholders
• General financial administration as required

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Finance Officer or similar finance role
• Strong understanding of core finance processes
• Proficient with Excel and finance systems
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
• Available to start at short notice
