So, if you want to develop an exciting career, learn from a friendly team and realise your full potential in a fast-growing company, this is the role for you.The roleAs a Learning & Development Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the Learning & Development function, helping to coordinate training activities across the business and ensure accurate and up-to-date training records.Working closely with the Learning & Development Manager and wider HR team, you will support the smooth running of training courses, induction programmes, and ongoing learning activities.This role is well-suited to someone with strong administrative experience who enjoys working in a busy, detail-focused environment and is looking to develop their career within Learning & Development. The key responsibilities of the role may include:- Booking and coordinating training courses, including sending invitations and joining instructions- Maintaining accurate training records and keeping systems up to date- Supporting training requests from managers and employees- Enrolling new starters on induction and mandatory training- Monitoring training completion and renewal dates, escalating overdue training where required- Producing routine training reports using existing templates and data- Supporting the maintenance of e-learning content- Assisting with tracking apprenticeships and qualifications- Providing general administrative support to the L&D team and responding to queriesWhat we are looking for- Experience in an administrative role requiring strong organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail- Ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment- Strong administrative skills with a methodical and structured approach to work- High level of accuracy in maintaining records and handling data- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work confidently with colleagues at all levels- Competent user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word- Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and support new ways of working- Ability to work well as part of a team and contribute to a supportive working environment- Interest in Learning & Development- Own transport preferred, although we are happy to consider candidates who are currently learning to driveBenefits- Discretionary company bonus scheme- Following a successful probation period, there is an opportunity for hybrid working in line with ILG policy, up to 50/50 remote / office working- Pension, Life Assurance, Healthshield Cash Plan and Discount Perks- 22 days’ holiday (plus Bank Holidays), increasing to 25 days after 2 complete holiday years, with the option to buy/sell holiday- Birthday leave- Free on-site parking, with electric car charging at certain locations- Range of employee awards- Regular social events- Employee assistance programme to promote mental health wellbeing- Cycle to work scheme- Enhanced maternity and paternity leaveJob Application Requirements - We welcome your application and look forward to considering you for this role.
