On behalf of a respected high street law firm in Bristol, we are seeking a Commercial Property Legal Assistant to join their well-established and close-knit team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for property law and a desire to grow in a supportive and friendly environment.
The Role
This role offers valuable exposure to a wide range of commercial property transactions, and you will be working directly with experienced solicitors on active files from day one. It is ideally suited to someone looking to develop their legal career with genuine opportunities for progression.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and landlord/tenant matters
• Managing and preparing legal documents and case files
• Conducting legal research and maintaining file compliance
• Liaising with clients, agents, and third parties to progress transactions efficiently
• Providing general administrative and organisational support to fee earners

The Ideal Candidate
We welcome applications from candidates who have:

• Previous experience working in a residential or commercial property department
• Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive, client-focused attitude and a willingness to learn
• A genuine interest in developing a career in commercial property law

This firm is particularly open to candidates from a residential conveyancing background who are keen to make the transition into commercial property - full training and mentoring will be provided.
