Europes leading Office Furniture manufacturer are recruiting for a Business Development Manager with a consultative approach to join their London based Sales Team.
You will be required to achieve individual sales targets in line with company objectives and will be rewarded for achievement.
To develop profitable new business sales to achieve revenue and margin targets
Accountabilities:
* To identify, develop and win new business.
* To manage some of our key accounts.
* Achievement of an annual Gross Margin target.
* Ability to take a brief from a client's requirement, and translate into a vision/brief.
* Working with and qualifying leads from on-going marketing campaigns, events and white papers
* Attend networking events when necessary and provide support on Company events - i.e. seminars and launches
* To achieve all company objectives and individual sales targets.
* Prepare a strategic plan together with the sales manager, detailing how target will be achieved.
* Adhere to all the business processes and ensure CRM is up to date at all times.
* Keep up to date and retain a high level of expertise on all the businesses processes and products as well as retaining a high level expertise on all 3rd party processes and products
