We are currently looking for an Account Manager , to join our London team. This is an exciting role for someone looking to develop their career. Account Manager - Job Summary: Account Managers fulfil a crucial part of HireRight's offering, working as the day-to-day relationship partner for clients as well as co-ordinating with their Team Leader, Account Directors and other senior members of the Account Management channel. Acting as the day to day contact for a client or a number of clients; developing, managing and enhancing new and existing client relationships to ensure client retention, revenue and growth as well as promoting HireRight and its services through excellent client relations. Account Manager - Responsibilities: Client Care - Acting as a dedicated Account Manager responsible for overall relationship and client support for a number of key contacts. - Client Liaison - handling all levels of enquiries from clients - Building long term relationships with the assigned clients - Maintain and improve client satisfaction and performance; - Maintain up to date client documentation including Service Level Agreements and Terms of business, Meeting Minutes and Client Guides - Promoting and discussing new services with their clients - Handling SLA reviews of their clients - Communicating SLA changes to Service Delivery Teams - Leading frequent client meetings (face to face and/or conference calls) - Conducting client training - Generating MI reports and presentations - Setting up and maintaining corporate operating systems with client specific information and user access - Presenting marketing materials to clients and informing them about procedural changes - Providing technical support for client and candidates Interdepartmental cooperation - Liaising between Service Delivery teams and client when additional information needed in order to complete background screening report. - Cooperating with Service Delivery teams to ensure quality and timely service- including answering client specific questions from researchers. - Obtaining volume predictions from clients and feeding back to Operations Account Manager - Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications: - Good level English written and speaking; - Strong problem-solving skills; - Confidence and decision making skills; - Ability to analyse multiple pieces of data; - Ability to handle sensitive accounts; - Trustworthy; - Must be able to provide outstanding customer service; - Must be independent, eager to learn and patient; - Occasional overtime required; - Strong experience of relationship management - you will be responsible for day to day management of client/customer accounts; - Ideal candidate would have experience from working within a recruitment, banking or background screening industry or similar; - Excellent communication skills; - Strong prioritisation and multi-tasking skills; - Practical knowledge of MS Office software and e-mail applications; - Must have a basic computer knowledge.
