Job Title: Mobile Mechanical Engineer (Building Services)
Location: Mobile role covering Kings Cross, Holborn & Stratford - London
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum + Overtime

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00

Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Mechanical Engineer to join a growing building services team covering commercial sites across Kings Cross, Holborn and Stratford.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer looking for a stable Monday-Friday role, with excellent overtime opportunities, a company van and fuel card, and genuine training and career progression.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across multiple commercial sites.

*

Maintain and service a range of mechanical building services systems including HVAC plant, pumps, motors, pipework and valves.

*

Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently to minimise downtime.

*

Ensure all plant and equipment operates safely and efficiently.

*

Complete job reports and maintenance documentation accurately.

*

Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures.

*

Provide high standards of service when dealing with clients on site.

Requirements

*

Minimum 5 years' experience working within building services or facilities maintenance.

*

Strong mechanical knowledge including HVAC systems, pumps, pipework and mechanical plant.

*

Experience working in commercial building environments.

*

Relevant mechanical qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent) desirable.

*

Full UK driving licence required for this mobile role.

*

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
