As an “Assembly Operator” will be expected to perform assembly work within a manufacturing environment of Hydraulic pumps and/or motors. A suitably competent individual demonstrating a consistent high standard of work in ensuring that quality of products in maintained.

Maintain a high quality of work, fully cooperating with the Manufacturing team and adhering to work procedures.

Duties:

* Assemble hydraulic pumps and/or motors in accordance with the Company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).

* Ensure all products are assembled in accordance with the Company's quality and health and safety specifications.

* Test hydraulic units to customer specific specifications (further to specific training.

* Complete all required paperwork in a timely manner.

* Responsible for achieving hourly production targets.

* Ensure production controls are adhered to.

* Understand KPI's and achieve production targets.

* Communicate breakdowns or machine abnormalities to supervision and maintenance, log breakdowns on the main database.

* Maintain good 5's standards within your area of work and look for methods for continuous improvements.

* Exhibit flexibility to support production.

* Perform daily checks in accordance with the Company's production engineering and quality procedures.
