Compliance Manager - M&E Engineering

Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00

Salary - up to £57,000

We have an opportunity to work for one of the largest FM companies in the UK covering a large retail banking contract and be based out of one of the main buildings in Liverpool Street, Greater London. In this role you will be responsible for managing the M&E compliance across the contract.

The ideal candidate will come from a facilities management or engineering background with technical experience on/off the tools.

Experience/Qualifications required for a Maintenance Electrician:

* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (if Electrical)

* C&G Level 2/3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation (If Electrical)

* C&G Level 2/3 or equivalent in Mechanical Engineer/Plumbing (if Mechanical)
