A renowned, award-winning Chartered Quantity Surveying Practice in Nottingham is looking to add a hands-on Project Quantity Surveyor to their expanding team.

The Project Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will work on a number of exciting schemes within the Project Team focusing on the Residential sector.

The new Project Quantity Surveyor will play a pivotal role, not just in the delivery of projects, but in the future expansion and management of the team. Taking lead on projects whilst supervising the work of the QS team. This role comes with uncapped opportunity for progression to a Senior position working in a highly client facing role.

Taking responsibility for allocated Key Client Accounts, building relationships, acting as QS on traditional projects as well as Employers Agent on Design & Build schemes.

This could be the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Project Quantity Surveyor eager for rapid progression, wanting the chance to step up and grow / manage a team, add real value and establish yourself within a reputable firm.

The Project Quantity Surveyor

A RICS accredited / construction related degree qualification
Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
Residential sector experience
Previous QS experience within a UK Consultancy
Employers Agent or Project Management experience is idealIn Return?

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:
