Registered Manager- Children's Residential Services

Salary: Up to £45,000 + Bonus Potential (OTE of up to £54,540) + £5,000 Welcome Bonus

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Registered Manager to join a brand new 4 bed Children's Residential Home for the one of the leading providers of innovative care and education for young people within the UK. With a unique opportunity to develop and nurture their own team from the ground up!

As a Registered Manager you will:

* Experience in managing a brand new home would be beneficial although not essential

* Be responsible for the direction, management and leadership of a 4 bed Children's Residential Home

* Your main focus will be to achieve the highest standards of performance, resulting in unmatched levels of support provided to the young people within your care.

* Have full support from the Regional Manager

* Be the operational lead for all safeguarding matters

* Be responsible for the training, supervision and will provide advice to develop and support the children's Residential Home.

* You will have a commitment to delivering high quality care according to OFSTED regulation

Qualifications & experience needed as a Registered Manager:

* A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services (Children and Young People's Residential Management) - qualification is a bonus but not essential, however willing and able to complete once within role.

* Significant experience of working in a residential childcare setting

* Previous Management experience

* Have a good understanding of SCCIF guidelines

* Experience of OFSTED Regulatory inspection process itself and having achieved quality Ratings for which you would be aiming to achieve within this service.

* You will have some In-depth knowledge of EBD, SEMH and other complex and challenging behavioral needs of young people.
