This is a high-profile role where you will shape financial strategy, manage commercial performance, and lead a skilled FP&A team in a fast-paced, international environment.The Role:
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategy
• Oversee pricing strategies, rebate schemes, and promotional analysis
• Partner with sales, product development, supply chain, and operations
• Provide board-level insights to maximise profitability and growth
• Centralise data and develop robust management information (MI) systems
• Manage divisional P&L and reporting to UK and international stakeholders
• Drive process improvements in systems, reporting, and data integration
• Support strategic growth projects, including M&A and integration activitiesKey Skills & Experience:
• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
• Proven track record in senior commercial finance or FP&A leadership
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability
• Confident influencing and presenting at board level
