x30 Property Check-out/Check-in Assistants - Earn £250 in Two Days

Blue Arrow Bristol are looking for x30 Property Check-out / Check-in Assistants to work on 30th June and 1st July (Sunday and Monday). The official working hours will be 9am till 6pm on both days, however, you might be finishing early on Monday 1st July and still get paid for full shift. All candidates will need to attend training in central Bristol on Saturday 29th June from 11am till 12.30 pm - the training will be paid for.

The positions will involve checking tenants out and inspecting properties on Saturday 30th June and checking new tenants in on Monday 1st July. This will involve:

• Inspecting between 10-15 properties in various locations in Bristol
• Using your own transport, taxi or public transport to commute between different locations in an efficient manner (expenses will be covered by the client)
• Completing Check-out / Check-in paperwork
• Taking pictures of the condition of the properties
• Taking notes of any damages to the furniture or fixings
• Evaluating the cleanliness of the properties
• Helping to move the furniture or white goods around (you will be working in pairs so it will be 2 persons job)
• Taking notes of any repairs or cleaning work required
• Liaising with the client over the phone regarding any queries or questions

Candidate requirements:

• Ability to complete training on Saturday 29th June and then work BOTH Sunday 30th June and Monday 1st July (you will need to commit to all three days)
• Own transport is preferred, however, if you will be using public transport, good geographical knowledge of Bristol and usage of Maps will be required
• Honesty and reliability
• Excellent communication skills
• Good IT skills as well as written and spoken English skills
• Good attention to detail
• Good understanding of what "clean" and "in good condition" means
• Physical fitness as you will be required to move certain furniture items around the properties

Candidates will be equipped by cameras to take pictures and also any necessary stationery and also Check-out / Check-in paperwork. You will need to bring the below with you:

• Phone charger
• Lunch and water
• Some money if you need to pay for bus or taxi fares (this will be reimbursed after your shift)

Candidates will be paid for 19.5 hours in total @ £13.00 per hour so your total earnings will be £253.50.
