Mobile Carpenter / Fabric Engineer

Location: Inside M25
Salary: Up to £39,000 + Van & Fuel Card (Personal Use Allowed)
On-Call: 1 in 8 - £150 Standby

We are seeking a Mobile Carpenter / Fabric Engineer to join a leading FM provider, working across a portfolio of client sites inside the M25. The role requires a carpentry qualification and experience in fabric maintenance within commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities for a Carpenter/Fabric Technician:

* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance, covering carpentry and general fabric repairs.

* Perform plumbing, mechanical, and general building services maintenance as needed.

* Respond to callouts as per the on-call rota.

* Ensure all work complies with health & safety regulations.

* Supervise contractors and issue permits to work.

* Maintain accurate records and paperwork.

Requirements for a Carpenter/Fabric Technician:

* Carpentry qualification (essential)

* Experience in FM and fabric maintenance.

* UK residency for a minimum of six years (due to security clearance requirements).

* Full UK driving licence.
