Are you a patient, compassionate, and resilient support professional looking for a rewarding role? We are currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants to work in Secondary PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties) schools across the Tonbridge area.

These positions are ideal for individuals with a nurturing approach, a calm manner, and a genuine passion for supporting young people with complex additional needs.

The Roles:

Supporting secondary-aged pupils with PMLD, medical needs, and severe learning difficulties

Working in small class sizes with high levels of staff support

Assisting pupils with personal care, mobility, and communication needs

Promoting independence, engagement, and inclusion in a safe and structured environment

Joining dedicated, supportive teams committed to transforming lives

Requirements to Join Us:

An Enhanced DBS Disclosure (child workforce), Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and up-to-date professional references
(Don't worry - we can help you apply for a DBS and refund the £62 fee after 20 working days with us)

Legal right to work in the UK

Experience supporting children or young people with SEN/PMLD is desirable
