About the Role

Work closely with teachers to support learning across the classroom

Provide 1:1 or small-group support to pupils who may need additional help

Assist in planning and delivering engaging activities

Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed learning environment

Support pupils with behaviour, emotional regulation, and social development

Contribute to the overall life of the school and its community

The Ideal Candidate

Experience working with children or young people (school-based or similar)

A patient, caring, and proactive approach

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to follow teacher direction and adapt to pupils' individual needs

A genuine interest in education and helping pupils succeed

Reliable, committed, and a strong team player
