Location: Swansea. Office based only.
Hours: Full Time. 08.00 - 16.30 Monday to Thursday. 08.00 - 14.30 Friday.
Salary: £30,000 + Excellent Benefits package.

Your Key Responsibilities
Content & Digital Marketing
Create engaging content for social media, blogs, brochures, and email campaigns
Update and maintain web pages and product case studies
Draft press releases and coordinate pickups with industry outlets
Event Support
Assist in planning and executing tradeshows, conferences, and on-site events
Coordinate logistics from pre-planning through post-event follow-up
Market Research & Reporting
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and economic shifts
- Produce reports and recommend actions based on data insights
- Conduct customer surveys and gather feedback
CRM & Marketing Operations
Manage CRM updates (HubSpot/Salesforce)
Support lead generation activities
Coordinate promotional materials, stock, translations, and vendor communication
What You'll Bring:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Market Research, or similar
- 1-2 years' marketing experience (B2B/manufacturing helpful but not essential)
- Strong writing, communication, and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Good IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Curiosity, creativity, and eagerness to learn
- Additional languages (German, French, Spanish) are a plus
