We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Project / Launch Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in automotive logistics who can take ownership of projects from initiation through to completion.

You'll be responsible for delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget, while leading teams, managing stakeholders, and driving continuous improvements that add real value for customers.

What you'll be doing:

* Leading multiple projects from start to finish

* Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets

* Coordinating resources, third parties, and vendors

* Managing risks, changes, and performance

* Building strong client and stakeholder relationships

* Conducting post-launch reviews and implementing improvements

What we're looking for:

* At least 10 years' experience in a similar role within automotive logistics

* Proven track record delivering complex projects successfully

* Strong continuous improvement experience

* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills

* Confident influencing at all levels of an organisation

* Computer literate with MS Office packages

* Full clean driving licence

* Candidates must have the logistics and project management experience and continuous improvement experience.

* Experience with CAD is preferred but not mandatory.

Desirable:

* Process engineering background

* Experience introducing innovative solutions

Travel: UK travel required with some potential for international trips

The hours of work are Monday - Friday 08.00 - 16:30 (1/2-hour break) some weekend working may be required during busy periods, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays with option to purchase up to an additional 5 days
