Staff Nurse (RGN) – £22 per Hour + Paid Breaks | 48 Hours | Day Shifts + Occasional Nights

 

Ourclient, a compassionate and professional nursing home, is looking for a dedicated Staff Nurse (RGN) to join their clinical team. This is a full-time position with primarily day shifts and occasional night cover.

 

Set within a welcoming care home, the service offers a range of specialist support including long-term nursing care, palliative care, and post-operative rehabilitation — all delivered with dignity, empathy, and clinical excellence.

 

As a Staff Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in supporting residents’ health and wellbeing, providing person-centred care, and ensuring high clinical standards are maintained throughout the home. You’ll be part of a close-knit team that values communication, respect, and kindness — and you’ll be fully supported from day one.

 

What You’ll Need

  • A valid NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN)
  • Experience working in a nursing home or clinical care setting preferred
  • A kind, calm, and professional approach to care
  • Good clinical knowledge and confidence with medication administration
  • A strong team ethic and willingness to mentor others
