A base salary between £28,000 and £30,000 depending on experience

Help schools find top teachers and support staff

Source, interview, and prepare candidates for placements

Build strong client relationships with schools across the region

Create polished CVs and detailed candidate summaries

Hit performance targets and earn commission for every successful match

Become a trusted local expert in education staffing
