📍 Location: WN2, Wigan

🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week

You will be responsible for refurbishing, modernising, or fully renewing modular accommodation units, ensuring each cabin is restored to a high-quality, "good-as-new" standard and ready for hire ✨.

They supply more buildings for hire than any other company in the industry, offering:

• Modular buildings for hire and sale
• Off-site permanent buildings
• Solutions for temporary, semi-permanent, and permanent use

We're looking for a practical, hands-on individual with strong general DIY skills who is flexible and willing to carry out a variety of tasks, including:

• 🎨 Manual preparation for painting
• 🚰 Basic plumbing work
• 🚪 Fitting windows and doors
• 🔧 General maintenance and repairs
• ⚙️ Safe use of power tools
• 🧱 Removing and replacing flooring
• 🧩 Removing and fitting wall and ceiling panels
• ✅ Maintaining high-quality workmanship in line with customer expectations

You should be semi-skilled or multi-skilled, with experience in one or more of the following:

• 🪚 Joinery
• 🚿 Plumbing
• ⚡ Electrical work

A positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality are essential 👍.
