Our client, an electricity distribution company based in Stockton is looking for a proficient Administrator to join its Wayleave Department. The successful candidate will form part of a busy team who are responsible for maintaining and processing new and existing legal consents, and for delivering high quality customer service to both internal and external customers.

We receive multiple enquiries each day from Land Owners, Agents, Solicitors, Developers, Local Authorities and Engineers relating to our existing consents and current projects and you will be required to respond to these effectively, competently and with attention to detail.

The role also requires the completion of work flow management system, environmental and landowner searches, processing of land damage and compensation claims and completion of new legal consents.

This is a long term role paying £9.46 per hour.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Answering enquiries
Providing advice and information on legal agreements and compensation payments
Providing support to Wayleave Officers
Updating bespoke geographical IT systems
Updating spreadsheets
Key requirements of the role:
Spoken Communication & Customer Service
Attention to detail
Highly organised and analytical
Ability to use and understand geographical IT systems
Competent in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel.
Team WorkingDesirable Requirements
Previous Customer Service knowledge and experience
Experience of the legal system
Ability to handle multiple enquiries
