A sociable and ambitious construction consultancy are looking to add a bright Assistant Quantity Surveyor who is eager for more exposure within a medium size practice.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be joining a practice of circa 50, working across an array of residential projects, which on average value between £30m-£50m.

Day to day, the Assistant Quantity Surveyor will carry out pre and post contract tasks alongside a Senior Quantity Surveyor and Associate Director.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree
• Ideally around 2 years Quantity Surveying experience
• Basic pre and post contract knowledge
• Eager for good exposure and responsibility
• Residential project experience would be useful
