Become a Site Manager of a brand new residential project within the St Neots area. The scheme consists of a traditional build development of 300+ units split over two schemes with 150+ units each, consisting of 1-4 bedroom houses. You will manage one of the two schemes.

Our client creates a vast range of award winning homes, building 5 star quality homes consistently across the country. They pride themselves on their sustainable building practices and dedicated workforce.

Duties

Be on site reporting to Project Manager
Give clear direction to on-site team to ensure targets are met and project is delivered efficiently
Programming
Liaise with contractors in meetings
Manage day-to-day operations ensuring it is in accordance with specifications and build programme
Ensure Health & Safety regulations are adhered to
Provide and check reports on progression
Controlling additional costs for non-productive costs and prelim expenditure
Ensure development passes internal and external inspections
Monitor and control quality of production
Snagging/desnagging
Ensure customer service is held at the highest priority

Qualifications

Experience running residential construction projects
New build, residential experience
Must have timber frame knowledge
SMSTS, CSCS - Black
First Aid
Scaffold awareness
