The Role

We're seeking an experienced Lead Air Conditioning Engineer to join a fast-growing team.

You'll be the sole technical contact for key commercial contracts, delivering high-quality PPMs, reactive maintenance, and system upgrades across a variety of AC systems.

This role goes beyond the tools — you'll host client meetings, prepare reports and updates, and manage pricing/quotes. With planned progression opportunities, the goal is for you to step into a Contract Manager role within 18 months and lead your own team.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, and system upgrades

Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned contracts

*

Attend and lead client meetings

*

Prepare technical reports and project updates

*

Produce quotations and manage pricing for works

*

Support on-call duties (details TBC)

Salary: Up to £46,800 per annum (DOE)

Holidays: 20 + 8 statutory, plus 2 after two years, with an option to purchase 3 additional days after probation

Overtime: 1.5x and 2x (Sunday double time if Saturday worked)
