Salary: £23000 - £26000/annum

Looking for an In-House Recruiter to work within a domiciliary care branch. You will be part of a large team in the office.

The company are a franchise within the domiciliary care sector. They are leading the way with their results with CQC across the UK. 

Key Responsibilities of an In-House Recruiter:

To manage all aspects of recruitment from applicant enquiry to hiring compassionate CAREGivers
Screen all applicants with timely feedback
Interview and assess all candidates
Perform all relevant checks -  ID, references and DBS/PVG checks
Work closely with the Care Operations Team to ensure we are recruiting based on need
Maintain and update all recruitment database and candidate files
Coordinate all RAP dates and update Care Operations Team on attendees
Meet and greet all candidates on RAP days
Keep in touch with applicants during their first dates
Achieve targeted recruitment figures
Report on “time to hire” datesIn-House Recruiter Requirements:

Previous experience in recruitment
Domiciliary care experience would be beneficial
Responsive and proactive
Attention to detail
Out going and positive personality 


A branch that has been established for a while
