Pastoral Support Worker - Secondary School
Location: Croydon
Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday

What you'll be doing:

Supporting students with pastoral and behavioural needs

Building strong, trusting relationships to help pupils overcome barriers

Working closely with teachers, senior leaders and external agencies

Providing interventions, mentoring and daily check-ins

Promoting a positive school culture grounded in respect, resilience and wellbeing

What we're looking for:

A caring, approachable and proactive individual

Experience working with young people (school-based experience is desirable but not essential)

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Resilience, patience and a genuine passion for student welfare
