Our regional sales managers are assigned with the task of expanding the company’s market share with capital equipment sales in the Pharma market. Including in this task are existing Customer or prospects visits and calls to determine their needs and provide product information. In an effort to systematically expand our customer base “cold calls” are performed to introduce our company, in addition to following up on leads generated by individual or marketing activities (internet, newsletters, trade shows, etc.)
This position works closely with our Application Engineers and Marketing Department. You will be required to provide weekly prospecting activity reports, a pre-weekly schedule for customer visits, monthly project lists, and frequent briefings on sales activities to the Director of Sales.
Provide quotations according to customer requirements and coordinates customer meetings and presentations. Accept the responsibility for all commercial aspects of quotes and orders.
You will also be required to support existing accounts and projects, including FAT’s in cooperation with Application Engineers.
You must be comfortable in front of an audience in the boardroom or operations room.
