A well-established and proudly independent business in the food and beverage sector is seeking a passionate and commercially driven Export Manager to lead and grow its international trade operations across two production sites in North Yorkshire.

About the Role
As Export Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the export strategy to drive sales growth across global markets. This role offers an exciting opportunity to represent a distinctive brand with strong heritage and a growing international footprint.

You'll work cross-functionally with sales, production, marketing, and supply chain teams, ensuring that customer expectations are met while navigating the regulatory and logistical challenges of exporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage export sales strategies and partnerships across multiple territories

Identify new international opportunities and establish long-term distributor and trade relationships

Oversee export documentation, compliance, and logistics

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure production and supply meet global demand

Monitor and report on export performance, forecasting, and market trends

Represent the business at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings internationally

About You:

Proven experience in export management, ideally within the food, beverage, or FMCG sector
