We are seeking a Building Regulations Principal Designer BRPD to join a dynamic consultancy and architectural practice. You will be responsible for guiding and supporting projects from initial design compliance strategies through to construction and completion, ensuring robust regulatory and technical oversight.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement compliance trackers at the project's inception.

* Advise design teams on routes to compliance, identifying potential regulatory challenges early.

* Work with architectural and technical design teams to embed compliance in design workflows.

* Conduct Building Regulations reviews and technical audits, ensuring regulatory alignment.

Essential Skills & Experience

* Experience in Architectural Technology, Architecture, Construction Management, Building control, or related discipline.

* Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations, Approved Documents, British Standards, and associated compliance requirements.

* Forensic attitude towards the BRPD role.
