In this newly created role, you will get the chance to put your stamp on things and make a difference to the way we do things.
So, what will you be doing?
First off, you’ll play a key role in the customer business because you’ll be delivering a range of operational activities that will drive improved customer service at a lower cost to serve.
You’ll monitor, and provide insight, into cost, efficiency and service levels helping to ensure the correct performance indicators are in place and resource is effectively managed to drive the cost to serve strategy and minimise revenue leakage across the end-to-end customer journey.
You won’t however, be doing this alone. You’ll get the opportunity to lead a small team of two who will also help deliver key initiatives and you’ll provide them with great support, mentoring and guidance.
So, what are we looking for?
You’ll need a good understanding of the customers business coupled good commercial awareness. Alongside this, you’ll need experience in process improvement and lean/OE methods and tools.
You’ll be implementing some important work, so you’ll need great communication and influencing skills. You’ll also enjoy problem solving and working with a wide range of stakeholders.
You’ll enjoy a degree of autonomy, relish a challenge and also enjoy working in a dynamic, sometimes ambiguous environment.
