Are you an experienced Technical Support Team Leader looking for a new challenge? 🌟 We have an exciting opportunity with our client, a leading manufacturing organisation, in need of a skilled individual to join their dynamic team!

Responsibilities: 📋

Lead the technical support team, ensuring efficient picking, packing, and quality of all orders 📦
Conduct inspections of products and repairs, either on-site or in-house 🛠️
Oversee adherence to timelines, processes, and procedures in the QC area ⏰
Assist in maintaining risk assessments and health & safety documentation 🚀
Take an active role in assembly procedures, developing test methods for new products 🏭
Strip assemblies down to component parts & conduct precise measurements to maintain product tolerance ⚖️
Manage customer complaints, returns, and replacements to ensure complete satisfaction 😊
Support with installations and occasionally travel for inspections abroad ✈️Skills: ✅

Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering or fabrication 💼
Proficiency in torque wrenches, micrometres, bore gauges, and other fitting and inspection tools 🔧
Experience in setting up and running a production line is advantageous 🏭
