T&K Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of our Client in Ashby-de-la-Zouch for a Re-worker to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.

Re-worker Job Details & Benefits;

* Weekly Rotating shifts

* Mornings - Monday - Friday, 6am-2pm

* Afternoons Monday - Thursday 2pm-10:45pm, Friday 2pm-7pm

* £13.50 - £15.28 per hour (Hourly rate includes shift premium)

* 28 days holiday to start including bank holidays increasing with length of service to a maximum of 33 days including bank holidays

Re-worker Job Details;

* To complete modifications to IPC standards

* To inspect completed assemblies as detailed in the relevant process and procedural manuals to IPC/customer specifications

* To follow company procedures to ensure product and process integrity is maintained at all times

* Assist the engineering and quality departments with technical queries and investigations

* To support the creation of documentation when required

* Assist with continuous improvement activities when required

Re-worker Person Specification;

* Previous experience within soldering is required

* Previous experience within an Electronics industry is preferred

* Ability to follow drawings and complete paperwork

* Good dexterity skills
