Maintenance SupervisorSalary: Up to £43,250 P/A based on experienceHours: full-time, 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday. Location: Fareham, HampshireDynamite Recruitment are pleased to be working with a successful company, due to growth within the brand and taking on new contracts - we are looking for an experienced and confident Maintenance Supervisor. As a Maintenance Supervisor, your responsibilities will be: 

• Ensuring Health and Safety regulations are followed. 
• Reporting accidents efficiently and accurately. 
• Overseeing stock levels. 
• Handling escalated queries and complaints. 
• Survey work and analyse patterns for improvement. 
• Carry out employee investigations accurately and in a timely manner.
• Step in when management is absent. 
• Oversee a team and delegate tasks. 
• Ensure you are knowledgeable within the field and can be a point of contact for other employees. 

Ideally, you will be/have: 

• Able to recruit and train staff members.
• Experience in supervising/managing a team (essential)
• Proficient in using MS Office and other IT platforms. 
• Able to adapt in a busy environment. 
• Experience in maintenance/construction/housing (essential)

Qualifications needed:

• A full driving license. 
• NVQ or Equivalent in a trade. 
• Health and Safety qualification (desirable)
• Scaffold Inspector course (desirable)
