As a Live-in Carer, you will reside with your client, offering not just physical support, but companionship and peace of mind. We are looking for individuals who are patient, empathetic, and committed to maintaining the dignity and independence of those they care for.

• Personal Care: Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication management.
• Mobility Support: Helping clients move safely around their home and during outings.
• Domestic Assistance: Light housekeeping, laundry, and preparing nutritious meals.
• Companionship: Engaging in conversation, hobbies, and providing emotional support.
• Community Access: Driving clients to appointments, grocery shopping, or social events in the Basildon, Brentwood, and Chelmsford areas.

• Driving License: A full, valid driving license is essential for this role to support our clients across the region.
• Experience: Previous experience in care (professional or personal) is highly preferred.
• Communication: Strong English language skills to ensure clear communication with clients and healthcare professionals.
• Qualities: A reliable, calm, and caring nature with a "can-do" attitude.
• Compliance: Enhanced DBS check (we can assist with this) and excellent references.
