Are you an experienced Estimator with a background in joinery, construction, or manufacturing? This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established business that specialises in delivering high-quality bespoke joinery and door solutions to clients across Scotland.

We are looking for someone who can bring strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and commercial awareness to the estimating process. You'll play a key role in pricing projects accurately, supporting tenders, and ensuring profitability while maintaining the company's reputation for quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing accurate and timely cost estimates for projects.

Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documents.

Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations.

Working closely with the wider team to support bids and secure contracts.

Monitoring costs to ensure projects remain within budget.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in an Estimator role, ideally within joinery, construction, or manufacturing.

Strong understanding of materials, labour costs, and subcontractor processes.

Excellent numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Confident communicator with a proactive approach.
