I am sourcing an experienced Senior Learning & Development specialist to join an award-winning HR department. This will be for a 12 month contract based in Birmingham on a hybrid basis.

Senior Learning & Development Specialist Key Responsibilities;

Design and deliver skills training, development, and induction programmes
Support compliance training and mentoring programmes.
Introduce and occasionally deliver training sessions, driving L&D innovation.
Assess training needs, recommend interventions, and support professional qualifications.
Update the intranet and Learning Management System.
Use psychometric tools for L&D purposes and assist with CPD queries.
Attend training committee and L&D-related meetings.
Occasionally travel to other UK offices.

Senior Learning & Development Specialist Experience Required:

At least 4 years of experience in a similar role within professional services.
A passion for learning and development.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organisation skills.
A proactive and positive team player attitude.
Flexibility, dedication, and strong service ethic.
